How do your tees fit?
Our tees are are printed on Bella+Canvas 3001 t-shirts that have a more fitted, athletic fashion cut and soft, smooth feel. If you prefer a looser, more relaxed look, we recommend choosing a size up.
Bella+Canvas also produces their shirts according to fair labour practices and responsible sourcing throughout its entire supply chain. And we like that.
What do you mean, made-to-order?
Your tees are made specially for you after placing your order. We partner with Printful to do our production and ship internationally. This cuts down on overproduction and excess, while helping us to manage logistics and distribution. We have been working with them over the last 5 years and it has been a great experience. If you want to give your people a fun and accessible way to own and share in your art, this may be one way to do it. We're still fairly new at this too, but we hope it enables us to focus on making more art for more people to collect, own, and share good vibes all day everyday worldwide. Seen.
Limited edition tees?
We limit the number of shirts we produce, and shirt tags are branded with their harvest season date. Fresh tee designs drop monthly.
Once shirts are sold out, or archived, they will never be restocked again to increase collectability. There may also be other ways to own the piece you're after. Stay tuned to our channels and subscribe to the shop email to keep up with the latest.
Will my tee still look good after washing?
Another reason why we like the B+C 3001 is because they keep their shape after multiple washings. Just remember to wash your tees inside-out in cold water, and hang dry for best maintenance. Dryer heat will shrink your tee(s).
How long does it take to get my tee(s)?
It takes 2-7 business days to process your order before it is shipped. Due to COVID-19 there may be unpredictable shipping delays and tracking links not getting updated. Our production partners and shipping carriers have been seeing significant industry-wide disruptions and backlog since Dec 2020. Current shipping estimates are as follows:
- US/Canadian orders: 7-11 business days
- International orders: 15-25 business days
You ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship pretty much wherever USPS and Canada Post does. Depending on your location, we may send out shipments with DHL. Details will be provided in your order notifications. Kindly note, due to COVID-19 some countries may be restricting international shipments. Please check with your local border and customs agencies regarding restrictions before placing your order. Is there sales tax?
To celebrate our shop opening we will cover the tax for orders placed February 2021, not including any taxes on shipping fees, or your local customs. Beginning March 1st, there may be sales tax applied at check out based on your location and local tax laws. We are located in Toronto, Canada and required to follow Canadian tax laws in order to keep our shop open.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
Yes, additional customs and tax fees can apply to orders outside North America. Since each country has a different customs policy, we can not cover these fees at checkout. The final fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size so if you live in a country where you normally have to pay a standard customs fee, be prepared for that extra cost.
Please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties & taxes to your purchases.
Can I return or exchange a product?
There are no refunds or returns for items unless they arrive misprinted or damaged. All of our products (unless otherwise stated) are made special for you after you order, so we carry no inventory and therefore have no size exchanges available. What if my order never arrived?

To help speed up the process, first, double-check your shipping confirmation to ensure the correct address was entered. If the address was correct, kindly send your order details and let us know what's up.
